Payment Terms

  1. Customers must understand and acknowledge that our fees shall not be amended/ altered nor shall any exemptions be made in this regard. Customers are entitled to make payment for the Company’s products and programs through online payment modes.
  2. There are no instalments for payments of any Plans available on the website.

Refund Policy

  1. A refund request will be deemed valid only if it is made through an email to support@spedathome.com. The refund will be made into the source account.
  2. If an assessment is purchased then there is no refund once a session is done with any expert. For example:
    1. If you purchase an assessment and you seek a refund before the scheduled date and time of the session, then in that case a full refund will be provided.
    2. If you purchase an assessment and are not available at the scheduled date and time of session then in that case no refund will be provided.
    3. If you purchase an assessment and seek a refund after partial completion of the assessment, the refund will not be provided.
    4. There is no concept of part refund of assessment.
  3. If at any time you feel dissatisfied with the service, please reach out to our academic advisors. We will do our best to address your concerns. If you still decide to discontinue the service and cancel the subscription, sped@home offers a ‘No questions asked’ pro-rated refund within 15days of starting the session. For example:
    1. Once you purchase a standard plan, you could opt to start the session in the next 7days. Once you start the session and if you decide to discontinue the service within 15days, we provide a full refund for the same without deducting any charges.
    2. If you decide to discontinue your plan at any time after 15days of starting your session, there will not be any refund.
  4. Extension of the service period: All our plans are for 3 months, the maximum validity for the same cannot be more than 120days of purchase of the plan. You can reschedule up to 2 sessions during this period and will be charged for the same. Reschedule will need to be initiated at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session, during one service period you cannot have more than 2 reschedules. For example: If you purchase a plan on June 1 2020, the maximum validity for the plan is 120 days from then.
  5. Once the refund has been initiated, the refund amount is expected to reflect as per the payment method:
    • For NetBanking / UPI: Refund will be processed on the same day & is expected to be credited to the same account in 1 - 2 business days
    • For Credit cards/ Debit cards/ other modes: Refund will be processed on the same day & is expected to be credited in 5 - 7 business days

  6. *Refunds timelines and taxes (if applicable) depend on Bank turnaround times and RBI guidelines.
